Founded in 2003, Gianco Companies (“Gianco”) is a boutique development and private equity firm with a concentration in managing, developing, and investing in boutique lifestyle real estate assets throughout the Tampa Bay area. In addition to real estate, Gianco has a handful of technology and manufacturing holdings, several “Work Clubs” (cowork), and sits on the board of ICON EV, an electric vehicle manufacturing company, and TextUs, a SAAS based technology company.

Steve Gianfilippo

Gianco Companies - Owner + Founder

Steve is the founder of Gianco Companies, a Tampa-based firm with its main investments and holdings in boutique lifestyle hotels, mixed-use apartments, office and retail assets, technology, finance and energy. Gianco Companies is the largest preferred shareholders and longest active board member of TextUs.com and owns the cowork/event brand - Station House, Hyde House Public Studio, and Public Studio.

Peyton Gianfilippo

Gianco Companies - Co-Owner + Founder

With a passion for interior design and a juris doctor from Stetson University College, Peyton has a unique background as the co-owner and founder of Gianco Companies. A multifaceted business she owns with her husband. Peyton, originally from Dallas, has been a Tampa Bay Resident since 1997.
